Compass seeks a full-time Strategic Growth Manager in Dallas, Texas, United States. This onsite, market-facing position centers on building net-new revenue through partnerships with elite residential real estate producers while collaborating daily with local teams from our Dallas office.

About the Role

As Strategic Growth Manager at Compass in Dallas, Texas, you sit at the core of revenue expansion across company-owned brokerages that may encompass Coldwell Banker, Sotheby’s International Realty, Corcoran, and Compass. You will work alongside high-caliber colleagues whose backgrounds span investment banking, management consulting, law, and enterprise sales. The role carries a quota measured by revenue attainment, with individual deal values typically spanning $75K to more than $5M and an average sales cycle of roughly 30 days; performance tracks production volume at the agent, team, and brokerage levels. Base annual pay falls between $100,000 and $110,000, accompanied by a target bonus of $30,000–$60,000 and uncapped upside, plus equity eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package whose specifics adjust for market location. You will enjoy direct access to decision-makers, high ownership, and a consultative process that demands both intellectual rigor and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and structure partnership arrangements with premier real estate agents and teams to enlarge our Dallas-area footprint and drive fresh revenue.
• Articulate the full Compass value suite—technology tools, marketing resources, culture, and growth enablement—to earn agent commitment.
• Construct and steward a robust pipeline through relationship-centered, consultative selling methods.
• Acquire thorough local market insight and maintain a consistent field presence among agents and stakeholders.
• Coordinate regularly with leadership, agents, and cross-functional colleagues to ensure seamless execution.
