Service Now Solutions Architect

Itero Group, a Women-Owned Small Business headquartered in Harrisburg, Dauphin County, is seeking a full-time ServiceNow Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise transformation initiatives for clients across government and private sectors.

About the Role

As a ServiceNow Solutions Architect at Itero Group, you'll drive complex digital transformations by architecting scalable enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you'll design systems that enable organizations to become more optimized, data-driven, and operationally efficient. You'll work directly with clients and cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into robust technical implementations.

What You'll Do

• Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions aligned with client business requirements and organizational strategy
• Direct end-to-end implementation projects through discovery, design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to support complex business processes
• Integrate ServiceNow platforms with existing enterprise systems and third-party applications
• Document technical specifications, design decisions, and implementation roadmaps for stakeholder alignment
• Establish technical standards, best practices, and governance for ServiceNow environments
• Partner with business analysts, developers, and clients to ensure solutions meet functional and technical objectives
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to implementation teams

What We're Looking For

• ServiceNow certification (Administrator, Developer, or Architect level preferred)
• 5+ years of enterprise systems architecture, technical consulting, or solutions design experience
• Deep hands-on expertise with ServiceNow platform configuration and customization
• Strong background in enterprise software, systems integration, and cloud technologies
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex, multi-phase projects
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage executive and technical stakeholders
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering scalable, sustainable solutions
