About the Role

As Senior Counsel focusing on Commercial & Partnerships, you will be a trusted legal advisor to business teams navigating high-stakes commercial negotiations, partnership agreements, and contractual relationships. This is a hands-on counsel role that combines strategic thinking with day-to-day legal execution, directly supporting the company's growth across multiple lines of business.

What You'll Do

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including partnership contracts, vendor agreements, and licensing deals
  • Advise business stakeholders on legal risk, strategic alternatives, and compliance considerations in partnership structures and commercial arrangements
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams in business development, product, operations, and finance
  • Identify and resolve complex legal issues arising from commercial relationships and platform partnerships
  • Contribute to the development of commercial legal policy and internal contracting standards
  • Support the broader legal department on special projects and emerging business opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • Juris Doctor with admission to practice law in the United States
  • 5+ years of corporate legal experience, with substantial focus on commercial contracts and partnership agreements
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to work effectively with business leaders and external counsel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly
  • Sound judgment, strategic thinking, and ability to prioritize across competing demands
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment and comfort working on diverse legal matters simultaneously
