Business Operations and Growth Lead

Airbnb is seeking a Business Operations and Growth Lead in California to drive operational excellence and scalable growth across our platform. What You'll Do

• Design and implement operational initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance scalability across core business functions
• Analyze complex business data to identify growth opportunities and develop data-driven recommendations for leadership
• Lead cross-functional projects that align product, engineering, host services, and guest operations teams toward shared growth objectives
• Own the execution of strategic growth initiatives, tracking progress against key performance indicators and adjusting course as needed
• Build frameworks and processes that enable teams to operate with greater velocity and clarity as Airbnb scales
• Partner with business leaders to forecast financial impact, model scenarios, and optimize resource allocation

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in business operations, strategy consulting, business intelligence, or a related role at a growth-stage company
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across all organizational levels
• Experience building or optimizing operational processes and systems at scale
• A collaborative mindset and genuine passion for solving challenging business problems
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
