About the Role

As Senior Sourcing Manager for Global Facilities & Utilities at GE HealthCare, you will oversee category strategy and procurement operations spanning international facilities and utility services. This is a full-time position that combines strategic planning with hands-on supplier relationship management, reporting directly to senior procurement leadership. You will shape sourcing approaches that deliver competitive advantage while balancing cost reduction with service continuity across global operations.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for the Facilities and Utilities categories, managing approximately $254 million in annual procurement spend
• Identify market opportunities and competitive intelligence to optimize supplier selection and contract terms
• Negotiate supplier agreements that achieve financial targets while protecting GE HealthCare's operational and compliance interests
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across operations, finance, and facility management to align procurement decisions with business objectives
• Manage supplier performance, quality, and service level agreements to ensure consistent delivery standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes and supply chain efficiency

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in facilities, utilities, or related categories
• Demonstrated expertise in developing sourcing strategies and managing large-scale supplier networks
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of delivering cost savings and favorable contract terms
• Ability to work effectively across global, matrix-based organizations with diverse stakeholder groups
• Proficiency with procurement systems and data analysis tools
• Strong communication and project management capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field
