About the Role
You'll be the critical link between GE HealthCare and our hospital customers, responding to equipment service calls with expert diagnostics and repairs. Working on-site at healthcare facilities throughout the region, you'll ensure biomedical equipment stays operational and safe for patient care.
What You'll Do
- Respond to service calls at hospitals and customer locations to evaluate and diagnose equipment issues
- Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled PM work on biomedical devices
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems and implement repairs
- Replace faulty components and test equipment to confirm proper function
- Document service activities, maintenance records, and equipment conditions
- Communicate with hospital staff and clinical teams to coordinate service around workflows
- Follow safety standards and compliance requirements in all service work
