About the Role
As Operations Coordinator for GE HealthCare, you'll be the backbone of our service contract administration. Your primary focus will be maintaining the integrity of customer contracts throughout their lifecycle—from accurate data entry and quality assurance through timely, error-free billing. You'll manage critical data processes for your assigned accounts, ensuring both speed and precision in every transaction while serving as a key liaison between customers and internal Service teams.
What You'll Do
- Execute service contract processes with attention to detail, maintaining first-class standards for all customer engagements
- Perform accurate data entry and establish baseline data quality standards for assigned accounts
- Process customer billing for both contract and non-contract services with accuracy and timeliness
- Conduct quality reviews of contract entries to ensure system integrity and prevent billing discrepancies
- Serve as liaison between customers and internal Service teams, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Support operational process improvements and efficiency initiatives
