Join Nacional Rh as a full-time Motorista (delivery driver) in the US. We're hiring reliable, professional drivers to join our growing logistics team and play a key role in getting our products into customers' hands on time, every time.
About the Role
As a Motorista with Nacional Rh, you'll be the backbone of our supply chain, operating our delivery vehicles and managing the complete logistics of every shipment. This is a hands-on position combining vehicle operation with inventory management and customer service excellence.
What You'll Do
- Operate and safely drive company delivery vans to transport products to customers across designated routes
- Load, secure, and unload merchandise with care to maintain product integrity throughout transit
- Verify shipping documentation and invoices for accuracy before and after deliveries
- Organize and arrange products inside the vehicle for efficient loading, safe transport, and timely delivery
- Meet all scheduled delivery windows and maintain a strong on-time delivery record
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical or maintenance issues promptly
- Keep delivery vehicles clean and well-maintained to reflect our professional standards
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status and any issues
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar vehicle operation role
- Strong attention to detail with ability to organize and track multiple shipments
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery deadlines
- Physical ability to lift, load, and unload merchandise regularly
- Professional demeanor and customer service skills
- Familiarity with delivery logistics and invoice verification is a plus
