Your Responsibilities
- Design wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge fire sprinkler systems for industrial and commercial buildings
- Size and specify fire pump systems, pressure tanks, and related equipment
- Prepare complete project designs and technical submittals for client approval and permitting
- Ensure all designs comply with applicable fire codes and NFPA standards
- Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and clients to resolve design questions
- Review and finalize construction documents for accuracy and completeness
What We're Looking For
- Experience designing fire protection sprinkler systems (wet, dry, pre-action, or deluge)
- Proficiency with CAD software and industry-standard design tools
- Strong knowledge of fire codes, NFPA 13, and local building regulations
- Ability to create accurate, detailed technical drawings and submittals
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent; fire protection design experience preferred
