Senior Social Media Manager (d/f/m)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential creative agency in Stuttgart that needs a Senior Social Media Manager to lead strategic and commercial initiatives across complex social media accounts. You will develop cross-platform and social-first strategies based on client objectives, audiences, and customer journeys. Working as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you'll present strategies and recommendations with confidence.

You'll lead campaigns, productions, and workflows from concept to execution, managing budgets, KPIs, and performance reporting. A key part of your role is driving innovation by identifying opportunities in new platforms, technologies, trends, and creative formats. You'll challenge briefs, set direction for interdisciplinary teams, and ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience in social media, ideally in an agency or creative environment
• Proven track record managing complex accounts with responsibility for performance, budgets, and quality
• Excellent strategic, conceptual, and analytical skills
• Strong understanding of social culture, platforms, and creative possibilities
• Strong commercial awareness and confident budget management capabilities
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and client advisory skills in both German and English
