Senior SAP EWM Consultant / Solution Design (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a specialized consulting firm focused on SAP logistics and intralogistics solutions. Our client is transitioning from traditional implementation services toward strategic advisory with high technical and business standards. In this role, you will:

• Support clients during early project phases including workshops, scoping sessions, and solution development
• Analyze existing logistics processes and design tailored EWM solutions that deliver measurable business value
• Take ownership of functional concepts, process designs, and architecture decisions
• Prepare effort estimates and contribute your expertise to proposals and presales activities
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business units and operational teams
• Shape end-to-end processes across intralogistics operations
• Collaborate with experienced consultants and emerging talent on the team
• Develop your career path toward solution design, sub-project leadership, or trusted advisor roles

What We're Looking For

• Several years of hands-on experience with SAP EWM
• Strong understanding of intralogistics processes, particularly goods receipt, goods issue, and warehouse strategies
• Proven track record implementing SAP EWM projects including process design and customizing
• Genuine interest in advising clients on business processes rather than just executing technical requirements
• Appreciation for business processes, commercial context, and sustainable value creation
• Strong communication skills and confident presence in workshops and client meetings
• Comfort working in dynamic environments and willingness to take on responsibility
• Experience with S/4HANA EWM, automation, or end-to-end process landscapes is a plus
• German language proficiency required for this role
