Hersha Hospitality Management LP is seeking a full-time Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Coppell, Dallas. About the Role

You'll own the complete sales strategy for our property, managing key accounts and developing new business while leading your team to exceed revenue targets. This position reports to our Director level and provides a direct path to advancement as Area Director and Regional Director of Sales.

What You'll Do

  • Manage client relationships with existing and prospective accounts to maximize bookings and drive revenue performance
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that consistently achieve or exceed annual revenue goals
  • Interview, hire, and onboard sales associates who meet our service standards
  • Train, coach, and schedule team members to optimize productivity and professional growth
  • Evaluate performance against established metrics; provide constructive feedback and ongoing development opportunities
  • Collaborate with operations, revenue management, and front-of-house teams to deliver guest satisfaction
  • Represent the property in the Coppell and Dallas market through sales calls, industry events, and partnership building

  • Strong business acumen with a track record of closing deals and managing revenue responsibility
