About the Role

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with Golden Steps ABA, you'll take a leadership role in our clinical operations, providing expert supervision and evidence-based behavior analysis to clients across our service area. You'll be the clinical cornerstone our team relies on to ensure quality, ethical, and effective care.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior technicians
• Monitor client progress, analyze data, and modify treatment approaches based on outcomes
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support clients' success
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and clinical excellence within our organization

What We're Looking For

• Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA certification)
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and evidence-based practices
• Excellent clinical judgment, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
• Commitment to ethical practice and professional development
• Full-time availability in the Dalton, Whitfield County area
