About the Role

As a BCBA at Golden Steps ABA, you'll lead the clinical delivery of applied behavior analysis services with integrity, creativity, and client-centered care. You'll work directly with individuals and families navigating behavioral health challenges, designing and implementing scientifically-grounded intervention strategies that create measurable, meaningful change. This position combines hands-on clinical work with supervisory responsibilities for our technical and support teams.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide direct clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians and clinical staff
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, compassionate care
• Monitor client progress through systematic data collection, analysis, and ongoing plan adjustment
• Maintain clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
• Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and professional excellence within our team

What We're Looking For

• Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCaBA)
• Active Oklahoma licensure or licensure eligible in Oklahoma
• Master's degree (or higher) in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field
• Demonstrated experience providing ABA services across diverse populations and age groups
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to ethical practice
• Passion for creating inclusive, growth-oriented clinical environments
