About the Role

As a Supervised Visitation Worker based in Duluth, you will oversee and support court-referred visits between non-custodial parents and their children. Working on-site in a structured visitation setting, you'll create a calm, safe environment where parent-child relationships can be nurtured while a child's safety remains the top priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor scheduled visits between non-custodial parents and children, keeping each child's safety and comfort at the forefront.
• Clearly explain visit guidelines, restrictions, and the terms of the service agreement to visiting parents.
• Carefully observe interactions, interpret what occurs, and document client statements and behaviors accurately throughout each session.
• Demonstrate and model positive, respectful communication and parenting interactions for the families you serve.
• Maintain professional, objective records that may be used to inform case decisions.
