About the Role
As a Line Cook, you'll be the backbone of our kitchen operations. You'll execute our culinary vision every shift, bringing consistency, precision, and pride to every plate that leaves the kitchen. Working within our hospitality operation, you'll contribute to our mission of sustainable, high-quality food service that delights guests and respects our ingredients and standards.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and plate food items with precision, following established recipes, portion standards, and plating specifications
- Maintain consistent quality and presentation across all dishes while adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Organize advance food preparation and mise en place to keep operations efficient throughout service
- Collaborate with the kitchen team and respond to the lead cook's direction to keep service moving smoothly
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper storage to maintain our sustainability standards
- Keep your station organized, clean, and stocked to support seamless transitions between services
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience as a line cook, kitchen assistant, or similar culinary role
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure during service
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent food quality and portion control
- Familiarity with standard kitchen equipment and food safety practices
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow within a structured culinary environment
- Reliability and a positive attitude toward teamwork
