Senior Recruiter – Go to Market (Contract)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology client in their search for a Senior Recruiter focused on Go-to-Market functions. This is a contract position available to candidates in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Our client is a fast-growing organization working to transform healthcare delivery through data-driven solutions. As they scale rapidly, they need an experienced recruiter who can build high-performing teams across Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and related business functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes across diverse business functions within the Go-to-Market organization
• Partner strategically with hiring managers to develop hiring plans, craft compelling job descriptions, and design effective interview processes
• Build and maintain robust pipelines of diverse, mission-aligned talent through direct sourcing, referrals, and creative outreach strategies
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting journey from initial contact through offer acceptance
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics including pipeline health, time to fill, and quality of hire, using data insights to drive continuous improvement
• Champion equity and inclusion throughout every stage of the hiring process
• Collaborate cross-functionally with hiring managers, interviewers, and business leaders to attract top talent

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth tech or healthcare environments
• Demonstrated experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leadership to develop and execute hiring strategies
• Proven track record of sourcing and successfully closing high-quality candidates across various business functions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment with a strong sense of individual accountability
• Commitment to mission-driven work and willingness to operate with authentic feedback
• Ability to work remotely with occasional travel to headquarters in New York City
