Senior Recruiter, Client Delivery – Stakeholder Management

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential professional services organization seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their client delivery team. This fully remote position is based in South Africa and focuses on stakeholder management, search execution coordination, and maintaining exceptional documentation and communication standards across all recruitment activities.

Our talent team is seeking someone who can manage multiple searches simultaneously while ensuring quality, compliance, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rigorous documentation and candidate communication to protect experience and compliance standards
• Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation signals, and competitor mapping
• Track progress and risks across active searches, escalating blockers early and proposing clear mitigation steps
• Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approaches
• Support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed
• Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping techniques

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment delivery, sourcing, and structured screening
• Working knowledge of market mapping and candidate engagement techniques
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions or searches without compromising quality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment
• High attention to detail with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations
• Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with disciplined time management

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: ZAR 300,000 - 440,000 per annum.
