About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization seeking Remote Call Center Representatives across Texas. Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is partnering with a client who supports critical health services for vulnerable populations. This is a full-time, remote position with scheduled shifts Monday through Friday between 6:50 AM and 6:30 PM CST.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and deliver courteous, professional support to members and stakeholders
• Research account information using designated systems and provide accurate responses to inquiries
• Follow quality guidelines and security procedures during every customer interaction
• Resolve basic inquiries independently and escalate complex matters appropriately
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date account histories
• Follow up on inquiries to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
• Meet established service-level agreements, quality standards, and productivity metrics
• Collaborate with team members and management to resolve customer concerns
• Identify opportunities to improve procedures, workflows, and the overall customer experience

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required; additional education preferred
• 2+ years of call center or customer service experience preferred
• Experience in healthcare or insurance environments is a plus
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Familiarity with help desk or CRM systems is beneficial
• Broadband internet connection with minimum 24 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload speeds
• Ability to use video camera during interviews and initial orientation week
• Available for shifts scheduled within 6:50 AM to 6:30 PM CST, Monday through Friday
