Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential B2B technology services organization seeking a Senior QA Engineer for a direct-hire position. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality across both manual and automated testing processes. You'll work in a fast-paced development environment, collaborating with engineering teams to maintain the highest standards of software quality. This position requires ownership of testing workflows, proactive identification of issues, and clear communication with cross-functional teams. You'll be expected to manage your time effectively while working remotely and delivering consistent, high-quality results.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in automation testing
- 2+ years of experience in manual testing
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality focus
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and remotely without supervision
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and ask clarifying questions
- Professional communication skills and collaborative approach
- Experience with or willingness to learn tools like BrowserStack and TestRail is a plus
Location: Remote from the EU or on-site in Limassol, Cyprus
Time zone overlap: 8 hours with Cyprus (standard working day)
Benefits: Paid leave (available after 6 months) and annual company trip
