Senior Product Marketing Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cybersecurity organization in their search for a Senior Product Marketing Manager. This is a senior, hands-on role at the center of their go-to-market engine. You'll own positioning across multiple converging security categories, arm sales with the tools they need to win, and translate a fast-moving product roadmap into narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers.

You'll also lead creative production functions, managing content creation and building systems that enable a lean team to produce at scale with exceptional quality.

Responsibilities

Positioning & Messaging

• Own and continuously test core positioning across insider risk management, data loss prevention, AI governance, and employee monitoring categories
• Reconcile how buyers search and speak with how the company shows up across digital channels and campaigns
• Build persona and buyer-journey frameworks, pressure-testing them against real closed-won and closed-lost data

Sales Enablement

• Own the sales enablement stack: onboarding decks, demo scripts, objection-handling guides, and pricing/packaging narratives
• Build and maintain competitive battlecards and keep sales armed with fresh win/loss insights
• Create enablement assets that sales teams actually use in the field

Product Launches & Go-to-Market

• Partner with Product to translate the roadmap into GTM narratives, launch plans, and sales-facing collateral
• Run and synthesize win/loss and churn interviews into messaging refinements and roadmap input
• Lead launch execution across multi-category product releases

Creative Production Leadership

• Manage AI-first content creators and build production systems that scale efficiently
• Drive volume and quality of marketing assets across the organization

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years in product marketing, including at least 3 years in B2B cybersecurity or adjacent enterprise SaaS
• Proven ownership of positioning in a multi-category or category-creation environment
• Track record of building sales enablement that sales teams actually use
• Fluency in competitive intelligence—able to turn win/loss data into sharper messaging, not just reports
• Experience managing creative or content talent, with genuine curiosity about AI-powered production workflows
• Strong writing skills (you will be evaluated on this directly)
• Analyst relations experience with firms like Gartner or Forrester

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process and are commensurate with location, experience, and qualifications. The position may be eligible for additional compensation including bonus or commission.
