Senior Performance Acquisition Lead – Cash Offer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential US-focused property technology client seeking a Senior Performance Acquisition Lead to drive qualified seller acquisition through paid channels. This is a hands-on role where you will own the entire acquisition system—from channel strategy and budget allocation to creative development, landing page optimization, and commercial measurement. You will work remotely from Ukraine.

The focus is profitable growth in qualified leads that convert to revenue, not vanity metrics. You will connect campaign performance to downstream business outcomes and make independent decisions about where to invest.

Responsibilities

• Personally launch, manage, and scale Google and Meta campaigns targeting US homeowners
• Develop and test emerging channels including TikTok, and evaluate new platforms where a credible business case exists
• Allocate budget across channels, markets, and audiences based on lead quality and commercial performance, not just platform metrics
• Translate customer insights into compelling offers, creative briefs, and landing page tests in collaboration with creative and development partners
• Connect campaign data to CRM and track downstream outcomes including qualified leads, conversions, sales, refunds, and realized revenue
• Build and maintain a clear testing and reporting rhythm, driving continuous improvement independently
• Improve attribution models to reflect true business value across the full funnel

What We're Looking For

• Proven hands-on ownership of both Google and Meta performance campaigns, including multi-channel budget decision-making—not just agency oversight
• Successful experience running lead-generation campaigns targeting US audiences; homeowner, motivated-seller, home services, mortgage, insurance, or lead marketplace experience is highly relevant
• Track record of improving lead quality and business economics beyond platform CPL and ROAS
• Experience collaborating with designers and developers to improve creative, landing pages, and conversion flows, validated through tracking and CRM data
• Fast learner with independent execution skills, comfortable with AI and automation tools, and aware of platform policy and privacy constraints
• Clear professional English communication skills and genuine end-to-end ownership mindset
• TikTok advertising experience is a strong advantage

Success in this role means: Delivering more qualified, commercially valuable seller leads at a sustainable acquisition cost, with positive contribution after accounting for acquisition costs, downstream quality, and refunds. Performance is measured on combined cross-channel results, not isolated platform metrics.
