Managing Director North / UKI

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing, AI-powered communications platform serving thousands of companies globally. Our client is at an inflection point—scaling rapidly, backed by world-class investors, and leading innovation in customer engagement technology.

They need a Managing Director to own end-to-end go-to-market performance for the North/UKI region. This is a senior leadership role with full P&L accountability across pipeline generation, sales execution, and account management in a high-growth, AI-first environment.

We're looking for an execution-driven leader who combines strategic vision with operational excellence, builds exceptional teams, and consistently delivers results while maintaining a collaborative, human-centered culture.

Responsibilities

• Own regional GTM strategy and execution from pipeline creation through renewals and expansion
• Drive accountability for bookings, ARR growth, retention metrics, and revenue targets
• Translate company growth objectives into clear local execution plans and performance priorities
• Lead AI-driven growth initiatives, positioning AI capabilities as core to customer value delivery
• Identify and unlock expansion opportunities through upsell, cross-sell, and new market segments
• Partner with product teams to influence roadmap and bring customer insights to product innovation
• Collaborate with marketing to drive demand generation, positioning, and regional campaigns
• Develop partnerships as a strategic growth lever, including technology and channel relationships
• Build, coach, and scale high-performing GTM teams across the region
• Maintain strong operating cadence through forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reviews

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record leading end-to-end GTM organizations in high-growth SaaS or technology companies
• Experience owning regional P&L with accountability for pipeline, bookings, and retention metrics
• Demonstrated success scaling teams and driving consistent overperformance against ambitious targets
• Strong understanding of AI-driven products and ability to articulate business outcomes to customers
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and partnership teams
• Exceptional leadership skills with ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent
• Strategic thinker with strong operational rigor and hands-on execution mindset
• Track record building high-performance cultures centered on ownership and accountability
• Experience in the North/UKI market with understanding of regional business dynamics
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments where impact is visible and decisions move quickly
