Senior Marketing Analyst, Capital One Software (Remote)

Capital One Software is hiring a Senior Marketing Analyst for a full-time remote position (Tallahassee, Leon County). You'll drive data-driven growth strategies for our enterprise B2B cloud data management platform, enabling organizations to unlock new capabilities in their cloud data infrastructure.

You'll own analytics across our marketing funnel, measuring campaign performance, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering actionable intelligence to leadership and cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

• Analyze marketing campaign performance across channels, measuring ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs
• Conduct market and competitive intelligence research to inform positioning and messaging strategy
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that track key marketing metrics and business outcomes
• Support product marketing efforts by developing customer insights and segmentation analysis
• Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to identify trends and optimize performance
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership through clear, data-driven reporting

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of marketing analytics or marketing operations experience, preferably in B2B software or SaaS environments
• Strong proficiency with marketing analytics platforms, CRM systems, and business intelligence tools
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
• Experience with campaign measurement, attribution modeling, and performance reporting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, or related field
