About the Role

As a Senior Home Lending Advisor with JPMorgan Chase Home Lending, you'll build trusted relationships with borrowers seeking to purchase or refinance their homes. Your role centers on understanding each customer's unique financial situation and recommending tailored lending solutions that align with their goals. You'll act as the primary advisor from initial consultation through loan closing, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience at every step.

What You'll Do

• Meet with prospective and existing borrowers to assess their home financing needs and goals
• Present mortgage products, loan programs, and rate options in clear, accessible language
• Review financial documents, verify information, and guide customers through the application process
• Build and maintain relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals
• Stay current with lending regulations, interest rates, and product updates to advise customers accurately
• Collaborate with loan processors, underwriters, and closing teams to ensure timely loan delivery
• Work toward sales and customer satisfaction goals while maintaining compliance standards

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in home lending, mortgage sales, or a related financial services role
