Senior Manager Recruiting & Employer Branding (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthcare organization seeking a Senior Manager to lead recruiting and employer branding efforts across multiple European markets. In this role, you will:

• Design and manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job descriptions, channel planning, active sourcing, candidate screening, and initial interviews
• Oversee all recruiting activities across six European countries, ensuring consistent quality and alignment with organizational goals
• Monitor and analyze KPI dashboards to track recruitment performance and derive data-driven insights for continuous improvement
• Manage relationships with internal and external recruitment partners including job boards, headhunters, and staffing agencies; negotiate contracts and pricing
• Coordinate recruitment campaigns in close collaboration with marketing teams
• Train local clinic hiring managers to enhance their recruiting capabilities
• Implement AI-driven recruiting processes, monitoring relevant trends and leveraging automation tools to optimize workflows
• Execute employer brand strategy and strengthen the organization's presence on LinkedIn, employer review platforms, and other relevant channels
• Collaborate with senior leadership, C-level executives, and hiring managers to secure top talent

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone with:

• Several years of professional experience in recruiting or human resources
• Experience in international stakeholder management; private equity environment experience is a strong advantage
• Strong affinity for AI applications in recruiting; practical experience with AI-supported recruitment processes and projects is a plus
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Personio
• Excellent analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking skills; project management experience preferred
• High emotional intelligence with outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
• German language skills at C2 level and English at minimum C1 level
• Ability to work independently with creative freedom in a fast-paced, decentralized organization

Location: Berlin
Contract type: Fixed-term for 18 months (parental leave coverage)
