About the Role
As Senior Manager of Key Accounts at Oishii, you'll join our Commercial Sales Team and take ownership of strategic retail relationships spanning both conventional grocery and natural/specialty channels. This is a multifaceted position that blends account leadership, go-to-market planning, and day-to-day execution. It's built for an experienced account professional who knows how to nurture partnerships while driving measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own, manage, and grow Oishii's most strategic key accounts across conventional and natural/specialty retail.
- Serve as the primary point of leadership for assigned customer relationships, building trust and long-term partnership.
- Develop and carry out commercial strategies that increase sales, distribution, and brand presence.
- Translate account plans into execution, coordinating cross-functionally to deliver results.
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts to expand Oishii's retail footprint in the US.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a senior account leader managing key or strategic retail accounts.
- Strong command of commercial strategy across conventional and natural/specialty grocery channels.
- Ability to balance customer leadership with practical, results-oriented execution.
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills with retail partners.
- Willingness to work full-time in an on-site, US-based capacity (this role is not remote).
