As a Special Education Paraeducator at Lincoln, you will work alongside teachers and support staff to deliver instructional assistance and other direct and indirect services to children and youth, while also supporting communication with their parents and guardians. Key Responsibilities

• Provide instructional support to students with special education needs, individually and in small groups.
• Deliver direct and indirect services to children, youth, and their families or guardians.
• Help maintain a safe, positive, and productive classroom climate for teaching and learning.
• Encourage student growth across intellectual, physical, social, emotional, and behavioral areas.
• Foster positive, productive relationships that nurture each learner's development.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and the broader support team to meet individual student goals.
