Senior Integrated Producer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital marketing agency seeking a Senior Integrated Producer to lead production operations for a high-profile social media retainer in Berlin. This client-facing role sits at the heart of German market operations for a global streaming and entertainment brand, requiring native German fluency and extensive social retainer experience.

You will manage end-to-end production workflows, financial oversight, and stakeholder coordination while running daily scrums and triaging fast-turnaround social content. This position combines production expertise with project management discipline in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client-facing production lead for German market operations, building direct relationships and leading status syncs
• Run daily scrums, triage incoming briefs, and assign workloads to content managers, copywriters, and motion designers
• Lead end-to-end project costing, budgeting, financial forecasting, PO management, and cost reconciliation across high-volume retainer work
• Perform meticulous quality control on all German-language social assets (static, video, motion graphics) ensuring linguistic accuracy and cultural tone
• Oversee execution of fast-turnaround social assets, localised multi-market campaigns, and platform-native video deliverables
• Partner with resource management to cast internal teams and external freelancers while mentoring mid-level and junior producers
• Maintain financial and operational control over complex, multi-market projects

What We're Looking For

• Native-level fluency in German (written and spoken) with full professional fluency in English
• Extensive agency experience managing high-volume, fast-turnaround social media retainers
• Strong foundation in project management—running scrums, structuring workflows, tracking deliverables
• Proven proficiency in project costing, budget management, scope estimation, and financial risk mitigation
• Client-facing mindset with comfort serving as day-to-day operational contact for high-level brand partners
• Exceptional eye for detail, proofreading, and linguistic/visual quality assurance for social content
• Experience delivering marketing or social campaigns within streaming, entertainment, film, or TV sectors preferred
• Exposure to live-action shoot production logistics and modern production workflows a plus
