Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential hospitality organization in Frankfurt am Main that operates food and beverage kiosks at major sporting and entertainment venues. As Kioskleitung, you will:

• Oversee multitasking operations while grills are running hot, taps are flowing, and registers are ringing—maintaining composure and overview throughout
• Lead your kiosk team with confidence and initiative, ensuring compliance with break times and operational regulations
• Maintain close communication with department leadership and provide written feedback on operations
• Jump in wherever needed, coordinating and delegating tasks across the team
• Ensure your sales point is impeccably prepared before and after service
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies during operations as needed
• Uphold rigorous hygiene standards at all times

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Passion for live events and kiosk operations (career changers welcome—your motivation matters most)
• Ideally, experience in a similar leadership role or gastronomy background
• Strong team player who thrives in a high-energy environment
• Warm personality with a genuine smile for every guest
• Excellent communication skills in German; English is a plus
• Ability to create memorable moments for fans and guests
• Calm under pressure with strong prioritization skills
• Reliable, flexible, and committed to supporting your team
