Senior Implementation Specialist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS client in their search for a Senior Implementation Specialist based in the USA. This role serves as the trusted guide for enterprise customers, leading them through onboarding, data migration, implementation, and training. You'll act as project manager, consultant, and change management coach, ensuring customers achieve rapid time-to-value and long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer implementation journey by acting as project manager for enterprise accounts, building detailed project plans, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely delivery
• Communicate across multiple stakeholders including executive sponsors, firm administrators, and end users to align priorities and drive accountability
• Facilitate structured onboarding through kickoff meetings, consultative process reviews, configuration workshops, and tailored training sessions
• Provide professional guidance on best practices in workflow design, firm operations, and change management to maximize adoption and business impact
• Coach teams through change management, helping prepare for new processes and managing resistance
• Ensure data integrity by supporting customers in importing contacts and work items using Excel and other tools
• Identify and mitigate risks by spotting early warning signs of delays or adoption issues and proactively intervening
• Collaborate internally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams for seamless customer handoffs
• Deliver measurable value demonstrating ROI and setting customers up for long-term success
• Use AI tools including ChatGPT and AI-driven workflow automations to support project planning, customer communications, and process optimization

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS implementations
• 2+ years of end-to-end technical implementation experience
• Experience in project management with the ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously
• Comfort in customer-facing environments, facilitating workshops and executive-level conversations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, translating technical concepts into clear, actionable steps
• Consultative approach with humility to listen and confidence to challenge processes
• Strong attention to detail with pride in accuracy and follow-through
• Experience working with data and systems, ensuring integrity throughout migrations and configuration
• Resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments
• Comfort working remotely and managing time independently

Bonus qualifications:

• Experience in the accounting or tax industry
• Previous experience with workflow, accounting, or project management software
• Background in software onboarding or enterprise implementations
• Knowledge of change management frameworks
• Experience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $90,000–$107,500 USD base salary. The final offer depends on location, experience, skills, and other factors. This role may also include bonus potential, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package including paid flexible time off, company-paid medical/dental/vision, 401(k) matching, parental leave, and work-from-home stipend.
