Senior Effectiveness Operations Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential automotive technology organization in their search for a Senior Effectiveness Operations Manager. This remote role reports to the Director of Market Readiness & Sales Insights and serves as the operational backbone for enterprise-wide sales effectiveness initiatives. You'll coordinate complex, cross-functional programs and large-scale industry events while providing the data support and program management that enables strategic leaders to focus on delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day project management across the Market Readiness go-to-market portfolio, tracking timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables from kickoff to launch
• Coordinate execution of multi-capability enterprise initiatives including major product rollouts, adoption tracking, and enterprise readiness programs
• Program-manage large-scale sales events: own project plans, run cross-functional planning cadence across Events, Content, Production, and Communications teams, and serve as escalation point for timeline and scope conflicts
• Provide backup coverage across active programs, stepping in when responsible program owners are at capacity or unavailable
• Maintain accurate program documentation to protect continuity as programs transition or change ownership
• Schedule and host project coordination meetings; track progress and surface bottlenecks, risks, and cross-functional trade-offs to leadership
• Compile and maintain standard and ad hoc reports for leadership and functional leads
• Prepare data inputs for enterprise-level effectiveness reporting and generate recurring and custom reports supporting program tracking
• Apply AI and automation tools to streamline coordination, tracking, and reporting, continuously seeking efficiency opportunities
• Contribute to post-event analysis including survey design, feedback synthesis, and post-mortem facilitation
• Execute against capacity-planning inputs and timelines; flag conflicts and constraints to leadership

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of program or project management experience with complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives, OR master's degree and 6 years experience, OR Ph.D. and 3 years experience, OR 12 years relevant experience
• Proven mastery of enterprise project/program management tools such as Smartsheet and similar work-management and dashboarding platforms
• Advanced data and reporting fluency with ability to structure, synthesize, and visualize program data into decision-ready reporting for senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated use of AI and automation tools to streamline coordination and reporting, with a curious, adaptive mindset toward new technology
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills, managing handoffs and dependencies across multiple teams and boundary partners
• Experience program-managing large-scale events or multi-workstream initiatives end to end, including planning cadence, readiness tracking, risk management, and post-event analysis
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, or similar project/program management certification
• Ability to communicate effectively to all organizational levels, clearly surfacing risks and trade-offs to senior leadership
• Self-motivated and self-directed with strong organizational follow-through and ability to manage shifting priorities with minimal supervision
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship (no OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT or visa sponsorship available)

Travel: This role requires approximately 25% travel for events and cross-functional meetings.
