Creative Services Graphic Design Coordinator

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare organization in their search for a talented Creative Services Graphic Design Coordinator. Our client operates nationally and is seeking a creative professional to deliver system-wide visual solutions across multiple channels and locations.

This is a remote position based in the United States, offering the opportunity to work with a mission-driven organization that values innovation, quality, and collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Produce marketing collateral including newsletters, logos, advertisements, brochures, posters, and other materials optimized for multi-location distribution
• Design for print, video, and web applications using industry-standard graphic design software
• Collaborate across departments to develop branding concepts and execute marketing campaigns across various mediums
• Prepare drafts, present design concepts professionally, and incorporate stakeholder feedback to achieve approval
• Manage print production specifications and act as liaison between design teams and print vendors
• Create instructional and informational materials to facilitate communication between medical professionals and families
• Develop presentation graphics and research posters for national conferences
• Perform photo manipulation including retouching, color correction, and special effects in accordance with brand standards
• Uphold and maintain visual identity and brand standards across the organization
• Provide brand education and guidance to staff at multiple locations and external vendors
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting aggressive deadlines without compromising quality
• Stay current with design software updates, platforms, and industry trends

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts, Visual Arts, or Graphic Arts
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, and Photoshop)
• Strong Mac platform skills
• Advanced photo editing capabilities
• Experience reviewing printer proofs and conducting press checks
• Self-motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality output
• Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Adaptability and willingness to accommodate evolving priorities
