GEICO is hiring a Senior Director, Marketing Media to lead strategic media planning and execution from our Bethesda, Montgomery County headquarters. About the Role
As Senior Director of Marketing Media, you'll own the comprehensive media strategy that drives customer acquisition and brand awareness. You'll direct the planning, buying, and optimization of media across digital, broadcast, cable, and emerging channels. Working closely with creative, analytics, and product teams, you'll translate business objectives into media plans that deliver measurable results and maximize return on investment.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute integrated media strategies aligned with company growth and market opportunities
- Oversee media budget allocation and vendor partnerships with agencies and media providers
- Lead cross-functional teams through campaign planning, launch, monitoring, and optimization
- Use data analytics to track campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend strategic adjustments
