Quality Assurance Engineer

About the Role

As Quality Assurance Engineer, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the quality and reliability of our products across our global manufacturing operations. Working closely with our Quality Assurance Supervisor and manufacturing teams, you'll develop, implement, and oversee testing protocols and quality control procedures that safeguard our reputation as the world leader in mechanical pipe joining solutions.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute comprehensive product testing programs to validate performance and durability
• Establish and document quality control procedures aligned with industry standards and customer requirements
• Conduct inspections and testing of materials, components, and finished products throughout the manufacturing process
• Analyze test data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and product teams to resolve quality issues
• Maintain detailed records of all quality assurance activities and testing results
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards and internal quality specifications

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field, or equivalent hands-on quality assurance experience
• Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or manufacturing environments
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, inspection techniques, and quality management systems
• Proficiency with quality assurance tools and statistical analysis methods
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities
