Install Foreman

United Land Services is hiring an Install Foreman at our Elmore, Elmore County location to lead field construction and installation projects for premier athletic facilities across the nation. In this full-time position, you'll oversee equipment operations, coordinate crews, and ensure each installation meets our high-quality standards for colleges, universities, municipalities, and professional sports organizations.

About the Role

As Install Foreman, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of athletic field installation and construction work on-site. You'll supervise crew members, operate heavy equipment, and maintain direct oversight of project timelines and quality standards. This role is essential to delivering the premium field installations United Land Services is known for throughout the country.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise installation teams on athletic field construction projects
• Operate heavy equipment including grading machinery, compaction equipment, and specialized field-building apparatus
• Ensure all work adheres to project specifications, safety protocols, and quality benchmarks
• Coordinate daily crew activities, material logistics, and equipment scheduling
• Communicate progress and any issues to project management and clients
• Maintain accurate site records, timesheets, and equipment maintenance logs
• Implement and enforce safety standards across all job sites

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in heavy equipment operation and field construction management
• Demonstrated ability to lead crews and manage on-site operations independently
• Strong knowledge of athletic field construction, drainage systems, and turf installation
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed
• Physical capability to perform demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Commitment to safety, quality, and professional workmanship
