Senior Customer Success Consultant

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential HR software organization that is expanding rapidly across Germany. They need a Senior Customer Success Consultant to lead implementation projects and build lasting client relationships in Munich.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Customer onboarding and implementation: Roll out HR solutions for SMEs and large accounts in complex environments. Gather client needs, configure software to local German requirements, train administrators, ensure smooth go-live, and provide follow-up support during the first weeks of use.
• Key account management: Monitor satisfaction levels for your most important customers, provide level 2 support, conduct post-implementation check-ups, and maintain proactive communication to anticipate needs.
• Revenue growth: Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within your portfolio. Present new capabilities that address client challenges and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
• Market localization: Contribute to adapting the product offering for the German market. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support pre-sales activities when needed.

What We're Looking For

• 4–5 years of experience in project management roles
• Proven track record leading end-to-end SaaS or software implementation projects, coordinating both internal teams and client stakeholders across all phases
• Tech or SaaS affinity; prior HR software knowledge is a plus but not required
• Native-level German and strong English proficiency
• Clear, structured communication skills in both written and oral formats
• Comfort working with local businesses as well as C-level executives at key accounts
• Aptitude for solving practical and technical problems with flexibility and agility
• Strong service mindset, attention to detail, and a talent for training others
• Willingness to be a key contributor to the German market's growth in a dynamic, varied role
