Junior Fullstack Engineer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization based in Hamburg, Germany, seeking a Junior Fullstack Engineer to join their product engineering team. Our client is building innovative workplace technology solutions, and this role will focus on accelerating feature delivery and scaling development of AI-powered capabilities.

As a Junior Fullstack Engineer, you'll work alongside experienced engineers to develop both frontend and backend features, contribute to AI integrations, and help shape the evolution of intelligent product capabilities. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer to grow their skills in a collaborative environment with modern technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop frontend and backend features for AI-powered product capabilities
• Contribute to AI integrations and intelligent assistant functionality
• Support testing, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the platform
• Participate actively in the full development lifecycle from ideation and solution design through to implementation and delivery
• Collaborate with experienced engineers to improve code quality and scalability

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with Angular and TypeScript
• Experience with Java and Spring Boot, gained through work, university projects, or personal development
• Curiosity about AI technologies with interest in topics like RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and AI assistants
• Collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn and grow
• Proactive approach to problem-solving
• Based in or willing to relocate to Hamburg, Germany
