(Senior) Creative Concept Developer / Konzeptioner (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential sports marketing agency based in München. We're searching for a Senior Creative Concept Developer to craft compelling brand stories and strategic campaigns at the intersection of sports, culture, and communication.

In this role, you'll transform insights and strategic challenges into powerful creative concepts, campaigns, and brand experiences. You'll work across social media, traditional channels, fan activations, event presences, and extraordinary experiences for clients who want to position their brands effectively in the sports world.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative lead ideas and translate strategic challenges into strong communication concepts and campaigns
• Create concepts for social media, traditional communication, fan activations, events, and brand experiences
• Develop brand positioning, narratives, and activation strategies for companies and sponsors in the sports sector
• Present creative work and lead client presentations and pitches with strong presentation skills
• Produce excellent client presentations using PowerPoint and AI tools
• Work both independently and collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Media or Communication Sciences, Sports Communication, or comparable education
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in concept development at creatively focused agencies, preferably with sports focus
• Strong conceptual abilities with structured work approach; able to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
• Deep intrinsic interest in new trends, innovations, sports, and marketing
• Passion for storytelling and ability to tell compelling stories across different channels in media-appropriate ways
• Excellent linguistic and design skills for creating outstanding presentations
• Ability to work both strategically and think unconventionally to develop new creative approaches
• Team player comfortable working in interdisciplinary groups and also independently with personal accountability
• Fluent German and excellent English language skills required
• Portfolio showcasing selected concepts, campaigns, or written work
