Senior Corporate Counsel (maternity cover)

About the Role

The Senior Corporate Counsel role at unybrands is a key position for managing legal matters and providing strategic advice to support our rapid growth. This maternity cover position offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal guidance on corporate, commercial, and transactional matters.
• Support the acquisition of new brands by conducting due diligence and drafting necessary agreements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations across our global operations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external legal counsel as needed.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate law, preferably within a fast-growing company or similar environment.
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions, particularly in the consumer goods sector.
• Strong knowledge of intellectual property laws and their application to digital brands.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
