About This Position
We are seeking a Corporate and Regulatory Legal Adviser to support our Chief of Staff. The role involves managing legal risks, ensuring compliance across business functions, and elevating material legal issues in operations.
What You'll Do
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts (customer agreements, logistics, 3PL, warehousing, procurement, employment, leases)
- Support the Chief of Staff with strategic legal advice and risk management
- Elevate material legal issues for senior leadership review
- Ensure compliance across all business functions

- Strong understanding of corporate and regulatory law
- Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
