Position Summary
MGE Underground, Inc., a growing utility infrastructure contractor based in Paso Robles and serving regional hubs throughout California, seeks a dedicated Subcontractor Compliance Coordinator to join our team. This full-time position is located at our headquarters in Paso Robles.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to subcontractors
- Review and approve subcontractor proposals and agreements
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams to address any compliance issues or concerns
- Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance documentation and reports
What You Bring
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the construction industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of subcontractor management and compliance procedures
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required
