Core Duties

• Manage inventory levels to meet sales demands and minimize stockouts or overstock situations
• Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate order placement and receipt of goods
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize product mix, and make informed decisions on merchandise allocation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management and merchandising practices
• Support the development and execution of promotional activities to drive sales and enhance customer experience

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in inventory management or a related field is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
