Position Summary

The State Bar of Texas is seeking a full-time Donor Stewardship and Membership Coordinator to join the Texas Bar Foundation team. This role will be based in Travis Heights, Texas, and involves working within a multifaceted fundraising program. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this position is crucial for implementing strategies that enhance donor relationships and membership engagement.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive donor stewardship plans to maintain strong relationships with current donors and prospects.
• Oversee membership recruitment, retention, and renewal efforts to ensure high levels of member satisfaction and participation.
• Coordinate events and communications that support the overall fundraising goals and objectives of the Texas Bar Foundation.
• Analyze data and provide reports on donor engagement and membership trends to inform strategic decisions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in nonprofit fundraising, preferably with a focus on donor stewardship and membership management.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with donors and members.
• Aptitude for data analysis and the ability to use CRM software or similar tools to manage donor information and track progress.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
