About This Position
The Outreach Coordinator at Nelnet Business Services (NBS), a division of Nelnet, Inc., is responsible for developing and executing outreach strategies to enhance NBS's visibility and engagement with potential partners and customers. The position requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a commitment to fostering meaningful relationships.
Core Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive outreach plans targeting higher education institutions, K-12 schools, and individual students, families, and supporters.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for marketing materials and presentations.
- Organize and attend networking events, conferences, and other industry-related meetings to build partnerships and expand NBS's network.
- Create and maintain a database of contacts and engagement records.
- Analyze outreach efforts' effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
