Position Summary

Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd invites applications for an Assistant Project Manager in the Project and Construction Management team for the MBSIR2 development. This role focuses on coordinating the Façade Works package, working closely with internal design teams, main contractor, and consultants to ensure timely submissions and approvals.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate with internal design teams, main contractor, and consultants for the Façade Works package.
• Ensure timely submission and approval of project documents.
• Support in managing project timelines and milestones.
• Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders involved in the Façade Works.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in facade/construction management.
• Familiarity with local construction practices and regulations.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
