About the Role

The Salvation Army is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our team in Kingscliff, Tweed Heads. As a key member of our sales department, you will play an integral role in enhancing customer experiences and driving sales growth. This position offers a flexible schedule that aligns with your personal commitments.

Core Duties

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking and organizing products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Offer product demonstrations and provide information about our services and products.
• Support marketing initiatives by promoting special offers and events to customers.

• Basic sales skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products.
