What You'll Do

• Conduct risk assessments and monitor AML/CFT risks across the organization.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Oversee the reporting of suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Ensure ongoing training for staff on AML/CFT regulations and best practices.
• Stay updated with regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation within the organization.

Requirements

• A degree in finance, law, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as an AML/CFT Compliance Officer or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify potential risks and mitigate them effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
