Core Duties
- Evaluate and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Act as the operational bridge between front-line teams and regulators.
- Ensure that compliance is not a hurdle but a competitive advantage for our OTC-derivatives offering.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential issues and mitigate risks.
What You Bring
- A strong background in financial services, with experience in compliance operations or related fields.
- Familiarity with AFSL, ASIC, and AML/CTF regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various teams and regulatory bodies.
