Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead the technology team to develop and scale innovative energy solutions for customers
- Work closely with our co-founder and Co-CEO Chris Thompson on strategic technology initiatives
- Oversee the global platform supporting Amber's products, including Amber for Batteries and Amber for EVs
- Drive the development of new technologies such as vehicle-to-grid in 2026
- Ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs while fostering a diverse, inclusive culture
Who We're Looking For
- A proven leader in technology who can inspire and manage a team of engineers and technologists
- Experience in scaling technology functions within fast-growing companies
- Knowledge of renewable energy technologies, particularly battery storage and vehicle-to-grid systems
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- A passion for driving innovation and sustainability in the energy sector
